§ 01 · EntryAcceptance.
OWNER: replace clause bodies with counsel-reviewed text before launchBy creating an account, running a scan, or otherwise using AuditHunt, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and Audit Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you use AuditHunt on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
§ 02 · IdentityAccounts.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that present a security or abuse risk.
§ 03 · CommercePlans, billing & credits.
AuditHunt offers a Free tier (3 / month), a Standard subscription at $99/mo (annual billing saves 20%), an Enterprise plan, and pay-as-you-go credits. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid.
3.1Renewals, credits & refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Purchased credits are consumed per scan and do not expire except as stated at purchase. Refund eligibility is described at checkout.
[OWNER: insert refund window, cancellation mechanics, and tax handling confirmed with counsel/finance.]
§ 04 · ReferralAffiliate terms.
If you participate in the affiliate program, you may earn commission on referred subscriptions. The reward is up to 20% per active billing cycle — launch terms; earned commissions grandfathered.
- The launch floor is 4% and may grow up to 20% per active billing cycle.
- The rate is not fixed and may change forward-only; any change applies to future cycles, never to commission already earned.
- Payouts are made in USDT on BNB Chain, monthly, to the wallet you nominate.
- Self-referral, fraud, and incentivized-spam referrals void commission and may close your account.
§ 05 · RewardsToken rewards program.
AuditHunt may operate a token rewards program (working name FNC — Free Nation Cash) in connection with scans and accepted referrals. Any such reward is a rewards utility within the AuditHunt ecosystem — not an investment, security, financial instrument, or guarantee of value. Participation is optional.
The token rewards program is not yet finalized. Its complete rules — including any reward amounts, eligibility, vesting, claim windows, redemption mechanics, and treasury handling — will be published at launch and will govern participation from that point forward. Until those terms are published, no specific reward amount, schedule, redemption right, or token value is promised or owed. We make no representation as to the present or future value, liquidity, or tradability of any reward token.
There may be a token rewards program. We haven't locked the details yet.
The full rules come out at launch — until then, nothing about amounts, claiming, or value is a promise, and we never promise the token is worth anything.
§ 06 · ConductAcceptable use.
Use AuditHunt only on code you own or are authorized to test. You agree not to:
- Scan or attack systems without authorization, or use findings to facilitate an exploit against a third party.
- Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the service or its reports without written permission.
- Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the rate limits or security of the platform.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
§ 07 · The coreNo guarantee. Limitation of liability.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will detect all vulnerabilities, that findings are complete or free of false positives/negatives, or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
AuditHunt performs automated analysis to the extent achievable by the current state of technology and the present capabilities of the company. A result of "no findings" means only that our system, as it exists at the time of the scan, surfaced no issues — it is not a representation that the code is free of bugs or exploits, present or future.
Smart-contract security is an evolving field, and novel exploits are discovered against even the most rigorously audited code, including that of the largest and most established projects in the market. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditHunt is not liable for any harm, loss, theft, or damage arising from any vulnerability or exploit — including ones not detected by the service, and including ones discovered after a scan — whether by any person, company, or automated system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditHunt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost funds, or loss of data, arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD 100.
Nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
We find a lot. We do not find everything. A clean report does not mean your contract is safe — it means our system didn't flag anything right now.
We do the best that today's technology and our company can do — no more, and we never pretended otherwise.
New exploits get found against even the biggest, most-audited projects. If one is found against your code — before or after a scan — we are not on the hook for the damage.
If something goes wrong, the most we'd ever owe is capped (basically what you paid us). None of this is financial advice.
You remain solely responsible for decisions you make about your code, including whether to deploy it.
§ 08 · OwnershipIntellectual property.
You retain all rights to the source you submit. We retain all rights to the AuditHunt platform, engine, detectors, brand, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and to use the reports we generate for your own internal and disclosure purposes.
§ 09 · ExitTermination.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risk, or as required by law. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including § 07, IP, and disputes — survive.
§ 10 · JurisdictionGoverning law & disputes.
OWNER: set governing-law jurisdiction and dispute mechanism (courts vs arbitration) with counselThese Terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER: jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by [OWNER: courts of [jurisdiction] / binding arbitration], and you and AuditHunt waive any right to a class action to the extent permitted by law.
§ 11 · ClosingGeneral.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms; material changes are announced and the version stamp above is updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
